Lakshmi Bee Team Note

 

Lakshmi Bee creations are made over a number of hours, days or months per garment. Each item is artistically created and upcycled by hand with careful precision and dedication in every detail. We will assist your journey as best we can and ensure you take home a creation that is uniquely tailored to you.

Please read through our terms of service before purchase and choose your creation with care.

 

Rental Policy & Returns

 

The standard rental period is 4 - 8 days in total.

Item(s) must be returned during open hours on the final day of booking. If final day lands on Sunday / Public Holiday, items must be returned during open hours on the following business day.

Customers are expected to contact Lakshmi Bee urgently if there is a delay in returning the items.

A late fee is charged at 30% of the item(s) hire price per day delayed after the final booking date. Charges will be made to customer credit/debit card details collected at the time of booking.

All item(s) unreturned within 14 days will be marked as unreturned and the customer will be charged 100% of the item(s) retail price including the rental fees that the customer has already paid.

Purchased Item Policy & Returns

All item(s) purchased are non-refundable. Store credit is applicable.

Custom Orders Policy & Returns

All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit on total item(s) cost before creation. 

Completed item(s) are non-refundable.

Dry Cleaning

A dry cleaning fee per item(s) is included in the final cost.

Please do not attempt to clean the item(s) yourself. Any permanent damages will incur an extra fee.

Damaged / Lost / Stolen Items

Customers are expected to take special care of their Lakshmi Bee creation(s). Some wear and tear are possible and damages under $50 will not be charged at an extra cost. 

Lakshmi Bee team will asses item(s) at our discretion and any damages over $50 will be charged to the customer at full repairs cost. Charges will be made to customer credit/debit card details collected at the time of booking. Customers will be notified of charges in advance.

For item(s) that are damaged beyond repair, lost or stolen, customers are liable and will be charged 100% of the item(s) retail price including the rental fees that the customer has already paid. Charges will be made to customer credit/debit card details collected at the time of booking.

By accepting terms of service, I authorise Lakshmi Bee to charge the credit/debit card, PayPal or nominated account provided in accordance with the terms of service listed above and only for the amounts, percentages, and disclosures above.

This payment authorisation is only for the goods and services listed above at the amounts indicated above.

I certify that I am the authorised user of this credit/debit card, PayPal or nominated account and will not dispute the payment with my credit/debit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated in this form.

If Lakshmi Bee does not receive payment from your credit/debit card provider or financial institution, or due to credit/debit card being rejected or expired, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. If monies payable are unpaid by you after 7 days from the date of demand, you authorise Lakshmi Bee to charge any outstanding amounts against any credit/debit card you have on file with us, including but not limited to the credit/debit card in accordance with the terms of service in this form.

Lakshmi Bee reserves the right to take all steps necessary to collect amounts due from you, including but not limited to legal action and/or using third party collection companies and agencies.
